What will be provided?
Trade Table registration - Table that is 1.8 metres long and 750 wide with each area having a backing board 2.4 high and 2 metres wide and two chairs. Tablecloth supplied. Trade Tables do not having power
Booth registration - Booths are 3 x 2 metres and 2.4 high. Table Table cloth and two chairs supplied. Booths have power.

is signage provided for our stall?
Yes each booth and table will have the name of your organisation displayed.
Will there be food available for exhibitors?
Lunch catering is being supplied by sponsorship from Gateways. A choice of sandwiches will be delivered to you at your stand during the day. We are providing 2 lunches per stand.
Can we get a coffee?
Yes you can. In Burnie and Hobart we have arranged for a coffee cart in each of the venues and at the Tailrace the cafe will be open all day.
When can we set up our stand?
You will have access to the venue from 8.30am on the day of the expo. If you think you need more time to set up please contact us to arrange alternative arrangements.
What other arrangement do we need to know on the day?
We will hold an Exhibitors pre-Expo meeting at 10.30am that morning. This will go for 15 minutes and will be a chance to run through the events of the day and answer any last minute questions. Please ensure that you are able to send along at least one person from your stand to attend.
What are the hours of the expos?
The doors to the public will be opened in each region at 11am and closed 4pm in Burnie and 6pm Launceston and Hobart. There will be an official opening at each of the expos at 12.15pm.
